How does the clearance search work?

Choose Build search strings, run them on IP India's public trade mark search, then paste what it finds. Each earlier mark is compared with yours.

Steps

  1. Step 1: On the Clearance step, choose Build search strings.
  2. Step 2: Copy each string and run it on IP India's public trade mark search.
  3. Step 3: Paste the results as text under Compare the results.
  4. Step 4: Read Possible conflicts. If nothing looks close you see No conflicts found.

Run the strings on IP India's search, paste the results, then analyse.
