Why were some rows posted without review?
A row posts on its own only when it passes every fixed check, such as the voucher balancing and the party ledger being an exact match. Everything else waits in the review queue.

The rule
Posting rules are fixed checks, not guesses. A row that clears every check posts automatically. A row that fails any one of them goes to the Review queue.

- The voucher balances: debits equal credits.
- The voucher adds up to the amount on the statement line or the invoice total.
- Every GSTIN on the party ledgers is valid.
- The party ledger was matched exactly, by a past correction, the GSTIN or the name.
- It is not a duplicate of an entry that already has a voucher.
The reading confidence you see on an import is a hint to help you look, never a reason to post.
