- How do I train Charter AI on my firm's style?In Settings, Train your Charter AI, add past replies, opinions or appeals, generate a style guide, review it and switch it on. New drafts follow it.
- Can I have a different style for each kind of draft?Yes. Under Guides by kind of draft, set up a guide for one kind. It replaces the firm-wide guide for those drafts only.
- Is my clients' data safe when I train Charter AI?Yes. Client names, PAN, GSTIN, amounts and dates are removed before a document is read. The guide is plain text you can edit, used only for your drafts.
