Your profile, password, data export and deletion.
- How do I delete my data?In Settings, Danger zone, choose Delete account, type your email to confirm and press and hold. This deletes every client, document and draft and cannot be undone.
- How do I download my data?In Settings, Profile, choose Export my data. You get one file with your clients, notices, drafts, research and more, ready in a few seconds.
- How do I change my name, firm name or password?Change your name and firm name in Settings, Profile. For your password, open the account menu, choose Manage account and then Reset password.
- Who can see my clients' data?Only your account. Your research questions and client data are never shown publicly or reused for content, and we send as little personal data as we can when reading or drafting.
- Why was I signed out?An account can be signed in on one device at a time. When you sign in somewhere else, the other device is signed out. Write to support@charterai.in if it was not you.
